Delicious Veg Wrap Recipe 🌯🥗

A healthy, flavorful, and easy-to-make veggie wrap packed with fresh veggies and a creamy sauce—perfect for a quick meal!


Ingredients:

For the Veggie Filling:

  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, green – sliced)
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • ½ cup cabbage (shredded)
  • ½ onion (sliced)
  • ½ cup paneer or tofu (cubed, optional)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp chaat masala or garam masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Wrap:

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas or rotis
  • ½ cup lettuce (chopped)
  • ½ cucumber (sliced)
  • ½ tomato (sliced)

For the Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp mustard sauce (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Veggie Filling

1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste.
2️⃣ Add onions, bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
3️⃣ Add paneer/tofu (if using) and season with salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, and chaat masala.
4️⃣ Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes, then squeeze in lemon juice and turn off the heat.


Step 2: Make the Sauce

1️⃣ In a small bowl, mix yogurt/mayo, lemon juice, black pepper, and chili flakes.


Step 3: Assemble the Wrap

1️⃣ Warm the tortilla or roti on a pan.
2️⃣ Spread a layer of sauce on the wrap.
3️⃣ Add a layer of lettuce, cucumber, and tomato slices.
4️⃣ Place the sautéed veggie filling on top.
5️⃣ Roll the wrap tightly and toast for 1-2 minutes on a pan for extra crispiness.
