Delicious Veg Wrap Recipe 🌯🥗
A healthy, flavorful, and easy-to-make veggie wrap packed with fresh veggies and a creamy sauce—perfect for a quick meal!
Ingredients:
✅ For the Veggie Filling:
- 1 cup mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, green – sliced)
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- ½ cup cabbage (shredded)
- ½ onion (sliced)
- ½ cup paneer or tofu (cubed, optional)
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red chili flakes
- ½ tsp chaat masala or garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
✅ For the Wrap:
- 4 whole wheat tortillas or rotis
- ½ cup lettuce (chopped)
- ½ cucumber (sliced)
- ½ tomato (sliced)
✅ For the Sauce:
- 3 tbsp yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp mustard sauce (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Veggie Filling
1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste.
2️⃣ Add onions, bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
3️⃣ Add paneer/tofu (if using) and season with salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, and chaat masala.
4️⃣ Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes, then squeeze in lemon juice and turn off the heat.
