Healthy & Delicious Smoothie Recipe 🥤✨

A creamy, refreshing, and nutritious smoothie perfect for breakfast or a quick energy boost!


Ingredients:

Base Ingredients:

  • 1 banana (for natural sweetness)
  • ½ cup yogurt or milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • ½ cup water or coconut water
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Flavor Variations:

🍓 Berry Smoothie:

  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • ½ tsp chia seeds

🥭 Mango Smoothie:

  • ½ cup mango chunks
  • 2 tbsp oats (for thickness)

🍫 Chocolate Banana Smoothie:

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

🌿 Green Detox Smoothie:

  • ½ cup spinach or kale
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ apple

Instructions:

1️⃣ Add banana, yogurt/milk, water/coconut water, and your chosen flavor ingredients to a blender.
2️⃣ Blend on high speed for 30-40 seconds until smooth.
