Creamy Garlic Pasta Recipe 🍝✨
A rich, creamy, and flavorful pasta that’s super easy to make! Perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
✅ For the Pasta:
- 200g pasta (penne, spaghetti, or fettuccine)
- 4 cups water (for boiling)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
✅ For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup milk or heavy cream
- ½ cup grated cheese (Parmesan or mozzarella)
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup mushrooms, bell peppers, or spinach (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
1️⃣ Boil water with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp olive oil.
2️⃣ Add pasta and cook until al dente (soft but slightly firm).
3️⃣ Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Creamy Sauce
1️⃣ In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
2️⃣ Add mushrooms, bell peppers, or spinach (if using) and cook for 2 minutes.
3️⃣ Pour in milk or heavy cream and let it simmer for a minute.
4️⃣ Add cheese, oregano, black pepper, chili flakes, and salt. Stir until smooth.
Step 3: Combine & Serve
1️⃣ Add boiled pasta to the sauce and mix well.
2️⃣ Cook for another 2 minutes, ensuring pasta is coated in sauce.
3️⃣ Garnish with extra cheese and serve hot!
